We are very proud to present the

The Annual OBX Sandbar 5K

The Outer Banks only 5K Beach Run/Walk is set on the wide flat sands in front of the historic 'Old Station' public bath house in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. This charity event benefits the Outer Banks Relief Foundation which raises funds to help people on the Outer Banks with debilitating diseases and families in crisis.

This charity race is a benefit for The Outer Banks Relief Foundation
The Outer Banks Relief Foundation is a non-profit foundation on the Outer Banks of North Carolina devoted to help people in need on the Outer Banks. Through their fundraising efforts, one of the foundation's missions is to distribute it's funds raised to help people on the Outer Banks with debilitating diseases such as cancer; another mission of the foundation is to search out and find Outer Bankers in crisis and in return help them. One hundred percent of the money raised by The Outer Banks Relief Foundation is given back to the people on the Outer Banks.
